Job Description

Numbrs is hiring a Director, Growth Marketing. The position is offered as a full-time remote position. We are looking for candidates who live in the United States. Please note we will be accepting applications for this position until November 27.

The Director, Growth Marketing will develop and execute product marketing plans that educate and raise awareness for Numbrs’ self custody solution, and includes daily ownership of: overall marketing and communications strategy and execution with a focus on social media (Twitter) as well as content marketing, announcements, media corporations and thought leadership.

About the Job

The Director, Growth Marketing is responsible for all marketing activities and their implementation with the clear goal of growing Numbrs' customer base. You will be tasked to drive clear narratives about our products, business and vision. You will lead and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising

The Director, Growth Marketing is responsible to develop and implement the strategy and playbook for a wide range of launches, announcements, and major product communications to grow Numbrs customer-base, working cross-functionally with senior leadership and teams across Numbrs, including product, technology, and customer support.

You will lead all social media activities and work to develop written materials, including company messages and statements, communications plans, press releases, blog posts, FAQs, and other materials. Besides, you will cultivate and maintain relationships with business press, influencers, consumer media, key industry opinion leaders and other external stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate for this role understands Bitcoin as the leading asset class of the future and has at least 5+ years of digital and social media marketing experience with previous experience in product management or communications for an international company in the crypto industry.

The candidate is a creative thinker who is looking for opportunities to challenge conventional product communications playbooks and has a proven track record successfully developing, building, and launching social media (Twitter) programs for products that delight and inform customers.

The candidate must be analytical and knowledgeable in using various analytic tools including Google Analytics. The candidate needs to stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features).

The final candidates will be invited to 2-3 interviews, all 30min, all remote, with your future colleagues, on your schedule. We'll talk through your background, your at-home challenge and dive into your professional knowledge. No surprises. We hope to make an offer sometime in November, with a flexible start date.
